Trivial Pursuits - Enchantress - 08-23-2004 The Rules are simple...It's very much like the Trivial Pursuit you played at home only modified slightly. Instead of using a board, we'll just ask the questions from the catagory of your chosing. BUT REMEMBER-Keep it simple. We don't want something that's going to stump everyone and no one wants to play. The Catagories Geography The Silver Screen History The Written Word (which can include comics) Sports Science and Nature Please don't make every question you ask Comic related. We want even those who don't have that indepth comic knowledge to be able to play. The first person (which will be me) will ask a question, the person who gets it right will ask the next. No point values on this game. It's just a fun way to pass the time. The first catagory is... The Silver Screen. ?-What is Stewie's full name on the Family Guy? - The Mighty Thor - 09-01-2004 Since no one but me and the missus seem to know this one, I will answer it. Stewie's full name is... Stewart Gilligan Griffin Your next category is: Sports and Leisure In Major League Baseball, who are the top three career home run hitters? - Local Hero - 09-01-2004 Hank Aron(sp) and Babe Ruth are probably in the top three.. the only other one I can think of is Willy Mays. But there is someone other than Willie Mays that now holds the number 3 position on the list. Whoever guesses that 3rd man correctly gets to ask the next question. Come on folks, this is an easy one. - Enchantress - 09-06-2004 Ok, since no one else has bothered trying.... I know this one...and he's right, it's super easy... Barry Bonds. Ok, next category... History- Name the Macedonian General who conquered Asia and died at the age of 33 in 323 BC? - Local Hero - 09-06-2004 That would be Alexander the Great - Enchantress - 09-06-2004 And that would be...a correct answer! your turn! - Local Hero - 09-14-2004 Silver Screen: Name the male actor who links the following: Patrick Stewart Matt Damon Eric Bana Mel Gibson - Enchantress - 10-10-2004 Gee Bill, you wanna make that a little HARDER????? - Local Hero - 10-11-2004 You want a clue?
