Here's what we did. We pulled all characters, Uniques or Vet versions of characters. Then we took turns flipping a coin. Heads you get hero, tails you get villain, the other person gets whichever you don't. It was mostly up to chance which character you got play with. We added up our team totals after we were done and upon sheer need, I swapped Enchantress for Thor becuase I got way screwed in the power department. The game was fun though because we played with characters that don't get much play. All in all it was a fun game but it would be better to even things out a bit. For extra fun if a character killed their respective enemy, everyone on the killing characters team got a click of healing. We each took 5 actions and just went with regular rules from there.
