We have friends across the pond who are hardcore "Doctor" fans and thought it was rather good. A bit slapstick at times and very different from previous incarnations but they liked it. A thumbs up from them is a good sign to me.

I just wonder when we'll get it over here in the States. I know that the Sci Fi Channel passed on it.
