  Angel and Buffy movie?
Posted by: Harley - 06-02-2004, 08:59 PM - Forum: Moving Pictures... - Replies (9)

Rumours are going around about movies about what happens to the Angel and Buffy crew after their respective endings (I'm dying to know what happens to Angel after the last episode). Would anyone actually be interested in it? Any other fans?

[Image: cover_sm.jpg]Marvel Comics has provided CBR News with a first look at artwork by Darick Robertson from "Incredible Hulk #75," the first issue of his run on the title with writer Bruce Jones. Marvel's solicitation copy reads:

INCREDIBLE HULK #75
Written by Bruce Jones
Penciled by Darick Robertson
Cover by Gary Frank
"Wake to Nightmare"
All will be revealed in this arc - including the identity of the man behind the sneering lips! When Banner awakens in a post-apocalyptic future, his problems are just beginning. The mastermind behind the plot that made him a fugitive has big plans for the Hulk.

[Image: page08_09_sm.jpg]I'm thinking the artwork looks good. bit of a change from deodato, but not necessarily for the worse.
fingers crossed he can keep up the quality through his run.

  The Batman Animated Series

The news is out: the skinny on the voices of The Riddler and Bane in the new animated series. Former Freddy Krueger star Robert England will bring new life to Edward Nigma, and "Desperado" heavy Joaquim DeAlmeida will voice the grandiose Bane.

Just like with DKR, I picked this up a couple of days ago, and it too was great. The art and writing were great, not to mention the last scenes between Batman and Joker were just great. And this really showed the depths of the Joker's insanity I think (crippling Babs, the whole driving Jim mad).

I picked this up a couple of days ago and I just plain love it. Its just... awesome. I can't really describe more than that. The fight between Supes and Bats was still amazingly badass, and that scene with Bruce's funeral is just perfect.

Everything has finally come to the earthshattering conclusion. I started reading this book at #80, and I'm still loving this series. I've heard a lot of fans critisizing Devon's work, especially the latest issue. What do you think?

Thought I would start one of these in preperation for the new game starting.

I am so stoked at being able to write Liath again. I've really missed him since the last game I played him in faded away. I am glad Theore chose to set this just as the crusades were starting, as this was a fairly interesting time in history especially in europe and into the middle east. Looking forward to some great encounters heh.. just hope noone get's burned at the stake first time out Wink
